Arriving at the campground was easy enough to find, but those previous storms had hit this area. We had an okay site just a little un-level but at least we where not sitting in the flooding area.

Next stop.....North Platte, NE
Another long drive of 527 miles (8 hrs) to Iowa City, IA. This was defiantly a drive that was a little rough. The weather turned bad with tourench rains, thunderstorms and winds up to 70 mph. We were within an hour drive of our designation when we went through this. We just kept on going because we were following the weather station and radar and new we were just about out of it.
